Shipping and Returns

COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING & SAMPLES

We offer complimentary standard shipping in Canada and the United States for all orders over $100. We include one deluxe sample with each purchase under $50 and two deluxe samples with each purchase over $50. We suggest testing the sample(s) for a few days to avoid opening the full size product until you are sure you want to keep it.

For shipments within Canada we use Canada Post and for shipments within the United States we use United States Postal Service. We do not ship to PO or APO Box addresses. To request other shipping options, please contact hello@curatabeauty.com.

We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping can sometimes incur additional costs, i.e., taxes, duties and brokerage fees. These charges vary and are not easily calculated at time of sale. Customers should be prepared to pay these fees at time of delivery. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at hello@curatabeauty.com

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We expect and hope that you are 100% satisfied with your Cūrata products. If you wish to return or exchange any of the unopened, unused and fully intact products you purchased, we offer returns for the full purchase price within 14 days of the shipping date. Shipping fees will not be refunded. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Please email hello@curatabeauty.com to obtain a return authorization. Please include the shipping slip and original invoice with your return. Returns without the original order number/invoice will not be accepted or refunded. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability.
